Easy Canvas Prints Review
Easy Canvas Prints: Review: The Full 2026 Verdict
"Up to 93% off" ads are everywhere. This review goes further than most: real pricing by size, actual complaints pulled from independent platforms, a transparent scoring rubric, and 3 alternatives compared head-to-head.

Bottom line: Easy Canvas Prints is a legitimate, budget-tier canvas printer — not a scam, but not a premium lab either. Genuinely low entry prices and a mostly positive quality track record are offset by unbundled shipping costs and a real (if minority) pattern of complaints about cropping and tracking. Best for casual gifts and home decor; professionals and anyone needing guaranteed turnaround should compare a premium alternative first.
How We Reviewed This
This review is built from publicly available pricing pages, order-process walkthroughs, and a synthesis of customer sentiment across independent, third-party review platforms — including Trustpilot, ResellerRatings, and PissedConsumer — rather than a single cherry-picked source. We specifically checked:
- Whether advertised pricing matches actual checkout totals, including shipping and add-ons
- Patterns across hundreds of recent, verified reviews — not just the best testimonials on the brand's own site
- How specific, named complaints were handled by customer support
- How the service stacks up against named competitors on price, materials, and turnaround
What Is Easy Canvas Prints?
Easy Canvas Prints is an online photo printing service that turns everyday images — family portraits, vacation shots, pet photos — into stretched canvas wall art. Upload a photo, pick a size and wrap style, customize it, and the finished canvas ships to your door. The catalog also covers metal prints, acrylic prints, and multi-photo collage packs. The company has shipped to well over a million customers and leans heavily on steep promotional pricing as its core pitch.

Rated Across 5 Categories
Instead of one blended star rating, here's how it breaks down by what actually matters when deciding whether to order.
How Ordering Works
Ordering follows the same four steps regardless of product type:
Pick a product
Standard canvas, gallery wrap, metal print, or a multi-photo collage layout.
Upload your photo
JPG, PNG, BMP, or TIF up to ~40MB — larger files preserve more detail on big prints.
Customize
Crop, choose a border, pick 0.75" standard or 1.5" gallery wrap depth.
Checkout & ship
Select a shipping speed — it changes your total more than you'd expect.
What You Actually Pay, By Size
The "up to 93% off" pricing is real at checkout, but the final total looks different once shipping and extras are added. Here's a realistic breakdown:
| Canvas size | Discounted base price | + Standard shipping | + Expedited shipping |
|---|---|---|---|
| 8" x 8" | ~$5 – $8 | +$9.99 | up to +$49.99 |
| 11" x 14" | ~$10 – $15 | +$9.99 | up to +$49.99 |
| 16" x 20" | ~$18 – $25 | +$9.99 | up to +$49.99 |
| 20" x 30" | ~$30 – $40 | +$9.99 | up to +$49.99 |
| Custom (up to 44" x 60") | Varies, priced at checkout | +$9.99 | up to +$49.99 |
What Customers Actually Say
Sentiment across independent review platforms is mixed but leans positive. Here's the pattern that shows up repeatedly:
What people like
- Vibrant color reproduction on most orders
- Simple, fast upload and design process
- Many orders arrive ahead of schedule
- Support resolves printing errors without much hassle
What people complain about
- Occasional blurry prints traced back to low-res source photos
- Canvas material feels thinner than premium brands
- Preview-to-print cropping mismatches on a minority of orders
- Inconsistent tracking updates on some shipments
Real Customer Complaints (And What Happened Next)
A fair review doesn't hide the bad reviews. Here's what shows up repeatedly across independent platforms, paraphrased and attributed honestly rather than cherry-picked.
A customer received the wrong print mixed up with a different order item; support reprinted and reshipped the correct item without extra cost.
A customer reported white cutoff lines on the edge of a canvas that didn't match the online preview, and had to request a reprint.
Multiple reviewers cited slow responses on order cancellations and confusion around billing for auto-applied add-ons.
A customer who submitted a low-resolution image received a print described as "more like a poster than a canvas" — quality tracked directly to source file resolution.
Top 3 Alternatives to Compare
"Better" depends on your priority. Here's how three well-known competitors stack up if Easy Canvas Prints doesn't fit your needs.
CanvasDiscount
A 110% price-match guarantee, solvent-free HP latex inks, and 1-day USA production make this the closest apples-to-apples budget competitor.
CanvasChamp
Similar promo-driven pricing with 24-hour processing, though feedback on consistency is more mixed for oversized canvases.
CanvasPop
Thicker archival canvas and premium framing options for buyers who want an "investment piece" rather than budget decor.
